The universe is not chaos, but governed by parameters.
Material parameters provide conditions, while spiritual parameters determine direction.
When parameters collide, structures are inevitably rebuilt.
The boards are multiple: the universe, society, and the virtual world are all projections of parameters.

Change and Constancy

Parametrism holds that the fundamental logic of the universe and civilization can be reduced to the interweaving of change and constancy:

Constancy: The total parameters of the universe remain eternal, independent of human observation and interpretation.
Change: Parameters continually clash, reorganize, and generate new parameters and orders.
Interweaving: The world contains both a stable background and the continual creation of new structures.

Thus, “change and constancy” are not merely motion and stillness, but the relationship of generation and background.
Phenomena arise because of parameter conflict; order persists because of the constancy of total parameters.

What appears random is the clash of parameters; what appears eternal is the constancy of total parameters. The universe is the interweaving of both.”

Two Dimensions

Parametrism reveals the operation of “change and constancy” through two dimensions:

(1) Cosmic Dimension

The total law endures; total parameters do not change.
Projections vary depending on the board:
- At the physical level → speed of light, gravity, Planck’s constant.
- At the social level → institutions, culture, legal codes.
- At the virtual level → algorithms, codes, digital identities.

These variations may appear diverse, yet all bear the imprint of the total parameters.

(2) Historical Dimension

Material parameters are stable, providing boundaries.
Spiritual parameters are generative, guiding direction.
When spirit and matter collide → the old order collapses, and a new order emerges.

Thus, the evolution of civilization is not driven by matter alone, but by the interaction and conflict between spirit and matter.
